Garlic Avocado Dip

There’s something irresistible about avocados! As expected, at pretty much any given time, I almost always have avocados in my kitchen, or while out grocery shopping, I can hardly pass them by in the produce section without grabbing a few. Oh how I love thee, dearest avocado!
This simple garlic-avocado dip is the perfect snack to sit down with when you’re watching a football game, and it’s a healthy alternative to fried finger foods for your holiday get together. It has the right amount of garlicky kick with a yummy creamy texture, and your friends and family will love it!
Easy to prepare and ready to serve in a matter of minutes, this recipe can be perfectly paired with plantain chips, or raw vegetables, and is equally as mouthwatering dolloped on top of a taco salad or slathered on a burger! It’s versatility is only limited by your imagination! As a matter of fact, by tweaking this recipe slightly, it also makes for a delectable salad dressing!
