The wellness plan takes into account your your strengths, as well as limitations, and pays attention to your diet, exercise, stress levels, work, relationships and whatever else makes you happy and gives you meaning. Wellness coaching is holistic, giving equal time to the whole person, body, mind and spirit.
6. Creates lasting change
Lasting health changes only occur when the client takes responsibility for the lifestyle behaviors that have been keeping them sick and tired, replacing them for new habits that promote health and vitality. The pursuit of health is one of trial and error, but by learning from your mistakes, you gain clarity as to what you really want and how you need to proceed to move closer to your goals.
